Roles and Responsibilities
Tasks
Will be responsible for driving Health , Life and motor Insurance business in Retail Asset & Measured on the Insurance Penetrations and volume done on a monthly basis.
Coordinating with Central team/ Local teams/team members (TPP /HDFC Ergo/HDFC Life/ Lombard / Bajaj/ Aditya Birla/ Niva Bupa) across the region, process enhancement, and business development for New & Retention business
Single point contact to teams/team members across all verticals of Retail Asset for feedbacks, enquiries and business improvement.
Need to work on Initiatives of the bank to grow the penetration & volume
Will be single point of contact for all internal customers and will also be communicating with them by sending product offerings, etc. and explaining the product/features/benefits.
Mentoring the SE's and getting the maximum output from the same.
Will be responsible for arranging regular refresher training from GI/LI companies for entire team of BDRs of Retail Asset teams
Will be responsible for preparing & floating regular MIS and highlighting the opportunity areas to the respective teams.
Requirements
Post graduate / Management graduate with relevant years of experience.
Experience in Bancassurance Sales General / Life Insurance knowledge / Experience will all also be given priority
