- Manage a team for client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
- Understand clients requirements and accordingly provide services
- Strategize engagement plans for inactive customers and activate their accounts
- Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account
- Maintaining & keeping track of data, reminding clients about activities they need to do, office / operations related work, processing of data received by clients
- Interfacing with operations team
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well
- Will be responsible for end to end ownership of the process.
- Proactive updation to all parties.
