JOB ROLE :-
Handling End To End Recruitment
Recruit the people and perform various channels such as referencing, Company's own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukari and Networking tools such as LinkedIn & Linkedin Premium.
Recruitment activities including initial screening, short listing, scheduling, interviewing,closing.
Analyzing requirements of clients from various sectors.
Source candidates through our comprehensive database, Head Hunting, Referrals and networking & contacts of Job Portals.
Understanding requirements, screening and short listing and handling the initial selection procedures.
Detail screening of the interested Candidates.
Scheduling Interviews as per Clientâs convenience.
Getting Feedback from Client & Candidate both.
Reference checking. Salary negotiation & job offerings.
Follow up with the Candidates till the joining is done properly.
Conducting preliminary telephonic interview to understand candidateâs competencies.
Involve in head hunting if need arises.
Responsible for full recruitment life cycle and selection procedure for various business sectors.
Job posting, Mass mailing.
